For students from the Detroit area, we will have a shuttle van leaving from the Detroit Center Admissions Office- 3663 Woodward Ave, Suite 150, Detroit, 48201.
The shuttle will be leaving from the Detroit Office promptly at 4:00 p.m.
Please note that there are limited spaces available on the shuttle. If there is no longer space available when you submit your travel form, we will reach out to you to inform you that you will need to provide your own transportation.
Amaizin’ Blue Preview begins at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 11. Please schedule an arrival time between 2:00 and 5:00 p.m. to allow for shuttle transportation and check in. Shuttles to the Sheraton Hotel will be provided from 2:00 - 5:00 p.m.

Note: ABP provides hotel accommodations for students Thursday night only. ABP students will be paired with another prospective student as roommates. Parents will need to plan their own accommodations. All students who stay Friday night will be matched with a current UM student host and stay on campus in a residence hall as a part of the Spring Welcome Day program. In order to participate in the Friday night hosting, you must have registered for BOTH the Amaizin' Blue Preview and Spring Welcome Day.
Students will leave their cars at the Sheraton and will be bussed to campus for Friday and Saturday's events. We will shuttle students back to the Sheraton hotel following the conclusion of each event.
ABP ends at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, April 12. Please schedule a departure time of 7:30 p.m. or later to allow for shuttle transportation. If you are staying overnight to attend Saturday’s Spring Welcome Day, the program will conclude at approximately 3:00 p.m. so we encourage you to choose a departure time of 5:30 p.m. or later on Saturday, April 13. However if you have an earlier departure time, we will have shuttles available beginning at 11:00 a.m.
