Essay Writing Workshops

    During our in-person essay writing workshops, you will have the opportunity to meet with a Michigan representative and receive feedback on your admissions essay. There are multiple date options to attend an in-person group session at the U-M Detroit Center.

    Admissions staff from the following units will be available to discuss portfolio requirements on select in-person dates. Stamps and Taubman prospective students are encouraged to bring their artistic work as they will receive feedback. For all other units, portfolio feedback will not be provided.

    • School of Music, Theatre & Dance - Oct. 21, Oct. 29
